It is extremely important to us that the nursing staff we place in your homes to care for you and your loved ones are carefully screened and qualified. We aim for the perfect fit between patient and caregiver.
Caregiver Qualifications and Screening:
Each employee undergoes a meticulous screening and must pass the following requirements:
- Personal interview with the owner of the company
- State and Federal criminal history clearance
- State drivers' record clearance
- Reference background check
- Verification of a minimum of one year recent job related experience
- Skills orientation
- TB Tested
- All Caregivers are bonded and insured
