Each employee undergoes a meticulous screening and must pass the following requirements:

National League of Nursing competency testing

Personal interview with the owner of the company

State and Federal criminal history clearance

State drivers' record clearance

Reference background check

Verification of a minimum of one year recent job related experience

Required physical examination
